2015 - 2017

Starting Out

Founded in 2015 in Florida with 10 seats, InsideOut set out to lay a strong foundation in Business Services, Industrials, TMT, Healthcare and Fintech industries and initiate offshoring partnerships in the Dominican Republic and the Philippines. By 2017, InsideOut’s headcount had increased to 50.

Coverage Expansion

By 2018, InsideOut had a strengthened foothold in the Business Services sector. We expanded to 100+ agents and consultants and began servicing APAC, Canada and South America territories. Our team also broke into the UK market with a home- agent model to further expand InsideOut’s footprint.

2020

Achieving Scale

In 2020, as Covid-19 swept the nation, InsideOut transitioned from fully office-based to remote, within a weekend – with no loss of services to our clients. 2020 saw a significant expansion into the TMT industry with a number of key clients. The company expanded its footprint into the Middle East region, and strengthened its partnerships with leading-edge companies developing the most advanced digital selling tools.

Strategic Realignment

In 2021, InsideOut pivoted to a new long-term recurring revenue model. The business initiated new subcontracting arrangements in Canada and Australia.

Looking Ahead

In 2022, InsideOut furthered the development of our model to include Remote/Hybrid and Office working. We successfully pivoted EMEA operations to new markets due to the political and economic challenges, expanded our offering to include consultancy and added another 31 team members.
