"While roleplay is still an incredibly valuable part of training our SDR team, we’ve noticed recently that breaking down successful call recordings as a group has been hugely beneficial. By doing so, SDRs have been able to hear their own successes, discuss what went well, what could have been refined, before applying those learnings immediately. Since undertaking this slight process shift, we’ve seen SDRs approach their calls with more confidence - with one individual escaping their “rut” and achieving the success we all knew they were capable of."
