How InsideOut helped Trilibis target IBM Commerce users.

Trilibis is a Silicon Valley-based technology company that enables enterprises to optimize engagement on mobile devices. We have an excellent track record marketing and selling our image optimization technology (called SNOW IO) and services to brands. Our team also collaborates with software companies (such as HP, IBM and SAP), so they can integrate SNOW into their packaged software through our OEM partner program.

After successfully launching our partnership with IBM’s WebSphere Commerce group, we needed to boost awareness with the thousands of brands that use this popular content management and ecommerce solution to power their websites. We contacted InsideOut to help us identify and target these potential customers.

The InsideOut team brought some excellent strategic insights to the table and quickly ramped up on the Trilibis vision, technology and product portfolio. The team was able to master the nuances of mobile optimization and the role that responsive web design plays in enhancing this crucial aspect of customer engagement. This enabled us to move quickly toward engaging the “ideal” customer persona — it was clear that targeting would be key for this campaign — with a compelling offer.
